In respect of sites in Sy. No 130, status quo has been ordered in the h'ble highcourt and notice have been served. Case likely to come up for argument shortly. Mean while alternative proposals are also being worked to relocate as was suggested and a meeting was also held on 10/12/2006 to resolve the issues of alternative proposals. As decided in the meeting, for those who opted for alternate sites, registration of alternative sites is completed.
While efforts were on for procuring lands for an approach Road, BDA has now notified for the outer peripheral road adjacent to the Layout. But unfortunately along with this some more lands including our layout has been notified for Truck Terminus instead of the original location identified in the notified CDP. Objections have already been filed to BDA and a writ petition challenging the acquisition is field along with other members of the welfare association there. Case likely to come up for further argument, admision and orders shortly.
Roads and underground drainage system etc., are provided. The ex-landlords are now creating problems to exploit the members / society. Society has already obtained an injunction from Civil Court, Society shall ensure all protection including round the clock security. Cases are also filed in the jurisdictional police station. Evidence & Argument is now in progress. In most of the cases we have already got the permanant injunction order in our favour. A Meeting of the site alloties was held on 21st Saturday May - 2016 & also on 26th Saturday Nov - 2016 to discuss future course of action.
All works including Roads, Culverts, Pavements, UGD, Waterlines, overhead tank and Black topping of Roads are now completed. Electricity along with street lights was commissioned during march 2006. The layout is now made over to BBMP.

- Water lines are now laid for the entire layout by BWSSB for supply of Cauvery water. And it is likely to be commisioned shortly.
- A meeting of SRP 1 & 2 allotes was held on 2nd December 07 and the Residents Welfare Association was formed & also held there last AGB during June 2010.
- Gymnasium at CA site was inaugurated on 19th June 2011 along with annul general body meeting of residents welfare association
- To augment the water supply one more bore well was sunk & commissioned by BBMP with courtesy of local MLA.
- Amphi Theatre work is now completed and was inagurated by Shri. Krishnabyre Gowda Hon'ble Minister for Agriculture on Saturday 14th Dec 2013.
- The general body meeting of the residents welfare assiocation was held on 08/06/2014.
- A Libray / Reading Room at the premises of amphi theatre was inagurated on 28-08-2015
- The Annual day celebrations were held at the Amphi theatre on 09-01-2016. Large no of residents attended the celebration.
